Bespoke 3D lettering signage

All 3D signage can be made bespoke to your requirements, with virtually any shape or size catered for. We have the largest UK enamel facility and a full range of in house capabilities. This includes a mixture of the very latest technology and traditional techniques from a team of designers and manufacturers whose experience spans 50 years of sustained business growth.
Our state-of-the-art laser profiling system provides highly accurate and efficient laser cutting with tolerances of just 0.2mm. Our high precision metal workshop allows us to fabricate signs from a range of materials and take on projects with complex design specifications. Our project managers and site survey team will assist in making sure your signage is designed and manufactured optimally for your environment.
3D lettering signage materials
We work with a range of materials including steel, aluminium, bronze, wood, glass, and acrylics.
Vitreous enamel 3D signage
Vitreous enamel is a coating applied to a metal substrate that offers superior durability, lasting up to 4 times longer than powder coating. Vitreous enamel is colour-fast, meaning colours, text and imagery will never fade. The high gloss, abrasion-resistant surface requires minimal maintenance, which we can in turn provide. Our in-house design team and colour matching specialists can embrace your organisation’s branding and design ideas to create the perfect representation of your business.
Powder-coated 3D signage
Powder-coated signage can produce great results despite not being as durable as vitreous enamel. Its lower upfront cost means it suits projects where a less durable solution will suffice. A.J Wells has worked on numerous projects where powder-coated aluminium signage has been requested including hundreds of signs for London’s new Elizabeth Line.
